I myself have metastatic melanoma, and, after several tries with immunotherapy, have just started on an oral chemotherapy drug called Temozolomide. Its main side effect is nausea, but I am also on two different oral anti-nausea drugs, and so far, no significant side effects, although one of the anti-nausea drugs, a steroid, makes sleeping a bit more difficult. It does, however, give me a bit more energy during the day.
