Be careful taking your pets to Petsmart. There is a lot of info on groomers injuring dogs. More than just incidental. Many of the groomers are not licensed and some seem to take out their frustration on the animals. There was a movement started by a man whose dog was strangled during grooming. As a result more people have chimed in with their experiences. It is really bad.

We used to take Pickles there for awhile. Sometimes we come in and watch through the window. Had to be careful so Pickles did not see us otherwise she go crazy.
Never seen anything bad happen at our location.
We stopped going there only because of Pickles anxiety.
Patty found a little shop near by that does a descent job and does not take nearly as long.
All though Pickles still has anxiety when we are not with her.
