Good morning everyone. It's another beautiful morning here in the Deep South. Yesterday Sue and I went to see a 1964 Corvette and take pictures for a friend who may be interested in helping to find it a home. It is a beautiful car. It is not going to bring top dollar because of an engine swap that occurred sometime in 1967. There is nothing wrong with the engine that' in it, it's just not the original 327. This is a high performance 327 with 385 HP.
All is well with here at home. Sue is about to walk out the door with the girls going for their morning walk. Haven't seen the skunk that got Suzie so maybe it's left the neighborhood. It's September and already there are signs that Fall is on it's way. This year is going by in a hurry, soon it will be December and we all know what comes in December.
So how is everyone? I hope all is well with you. I have some of you on my prayer list so let me know how you are doing. Sunday I started my term of serving as a Deacon. This will be for three years so I will be eighty years old when I am rotated off. Never thought I would live to see seventy seven let alone eighty years old.
I think about Dixie and wonder what will happen with her should she out live Sue and I. I am afraid her whole world is going to get turned upside down. The way Suzie is going she just might outlive us also. Boy that would really turn her world upside down.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
