I am not having a good morning. At 6:45am this morning I was on my way to work and a 17 year old kid rear-ended my Jeep. I am OK but my back and neck are very sore. I was amazed at how little cosmetic damage was done to my Jeep. His Ford Ranger truck pretty much hit my spare tire that hangs on the back of the Jeep. I think his truck is totaled as the whole front end was crushed and the hood is bent up like an inverted V. He had to be towed. I drove my Jeep home and drove my old truck to work. I have to take the Jeep tomorrow to get an estimate. Glad no one got hurt but I am sure I will be sore for a few days. I guess I have been lucky my whole life as I am 47 years old and this is my first accident.
Glad you are okay. That spare tire probably save you from getting a lot of damage to your Jeep.
