Good morning everyone. It's a beautiful morning here in the Deep South. Today we finish packing the camper getting ready to leave in the morning. We will stop at Fort Chiswell in Wytheville, Virginia tomorrow afternoon and then Monday morning we will begin our way to Berlin, Ohio. It about 325 miles from Wytheville to Berlin so I guess it will take about seven hours. Hope we can start early enough so we can arrive in Berlin before dark.
Yesterday Suzie disappeared when Sue let her off leash in the big open field close to the house. Sue came home without Suzie so we went back to find her. Finally she showed up after me calling her for several minutes. She was so happy and proud of herself when she came to me, needless so say Suzie won't be let off leash anymore where Sue is concerned. Suzie minds me and stays close when we are out together, but with Sue she doesn't mind at all.
The kitty is getting too use to the house, Suzie and Dixie. She will jump up on the counters and tables knowing she is going to get the spray bottle of water. Suzie didn't eat all of her food so kitty jumped up on the counter and started eating Suzie's food, I grabbed the spray bottle and started spraying her with water and she just kept on eating. She had rather get wet than to give up the food.
Sue just left with Suzie and Dixie going for their morning walk so I had better get moving. I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them. See some of you In Berlin Monday afternoon.
