Good morning everyone. The weather is turning here to cooler temps and rain. At home it started to rain two hours ago with some strong winds. Flooding is expected in the river basin and low lying areas. Our neighbor said we should be okay. Our daughter Robin and her husband took a direct hit and I haven't heard from them this morning. They went to the church and spent the night there as it is a much stronger building than their 40 year old single wide trailer.
Yesterday we went with Dan and Lori to the Warther museum. What an amazing thing to see. All of the model trains were carved by hand using wood and ivory and not a single piece was glued, it all fits together using pegs and most amazingly some parts were carved from a single piece of wood.
I am having some problems this morning with my stomach. I had cramps early this morning along with low blood sugar. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep. Anyway Sue and I plan to get out and about today going to the cheese factory and then going to the Amish General store to look at the amazing offerings they have there such as new wood burning stoves, oil lamps and many items you won't see anywhere else.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them. By the way Dale and Terry I hope to see you sometime today.
