We spent the night in Madison, Florida. It was a long day of driving because the first two camps we considered were not satisfactory. There are limits when it comes to parking a 40'-er. It was 4:30 when we finally set down. . . much later than usual. But we found a decent place to stay and it is Passport America, so it was reasonable and even FHU. Whoo hoo!
Brandon is actually flying up today to bring the girlie "home." I hope it works out for all. He's flying up to Atlanta, renting a car and driving back with her to Florida tomorrow. He is spending tonight with one of his sales reps. He ordered a cloth crate, cushion, toys, etc., to be delivered to his reps house as he didn't want to haul stuff on the plane. So it will be there waiting for him.
Hope it all works out. She had already been adopted out once and returned to the rescue. They assured Brandon it had to do with getting along with a dog already in the home and not anything with kids. But they included a video where she was interacting with the other dog and we didn't really see anything wrong. She seemed to have a lot of energy and perhaps that was it. She is about 3 but acts like a puppy. I hope it works out.
