Good Morning! I am tired today. I mowed the grass and did a lot of yard work on Saturday morning. My wife has this plant in front of the bathroom window that grows like a weed. It has grown so much it was getting higher than the roof. The plant is nothing but thorns. I call it the evil plant. She likes it because she said it would keep someone from breaking in the bathroom window. I cut it way back and I have the scars to prove it. My hands and arms are all cut up.
We had our family over for the Thanksgiving meal on Saturday since we will be out of town on Thanksgiving day. I cooked two turkey breasts on the rotisserie on the grill and also cooked a large beef tenderloin on the grill. Everyone had a full belly and took home leftovers. The dogs were tired yesterday from all the excitement and slept most of the day.
I went to our storage garage early Sunday morning before church and brought the motorhome to the house. I got the oil changed in the generator and got some things packed. The county only allows me to keep the motorhome in front of the house for 72 hours. I technically have until around 7am on Wednesday before I have to move it but we aren't leaving on our trip until Wednesday afternoon. I am debating leaving it in the driveway vs taking it back to the garage. The last time I left the motorhome in the driveway, the county came on the 4th day and gave me a written warning. I guess one of my neighbors doesn't like motorhomes and called the county code enforcement. One of the houses on the next street over from me has a travel trailer that has been parked in their driveway for months. I guess different rules for different people.
We are really excited about going to Jetty Park for the Thanksgiving break. We will be leaving Wednesday afternoon and coming back Sunday morning. It's only about a 2 and 1/2 hour drive but I am not looking forward to the drive. There will be a lot of people traveling for the holiday and driving through Orlando is never fun.
