If South Carolina is the deep south, I must be in the deep deep south since we don't have to deal with all that cold weather. It was too cold for my taste this morning. It was 48 degrees this morning and supposed to get up to the mid 60's today in West Central Florida. The weather man said the normal high for this time of year is 73. The older I get the more I dislike the cold.
I have a weekend trip planned in the motorhome. It will be the last trip of the year. We are taking my adult niece with us so it will be nice to spend some time with her. The weather is looking bad on Friday but Saturday looks to be nice.
Monty is all frisky and loves the cool weather. I felt bad this morning as he kept bringing me a toy and wanted to play but I had to leave for work.
I have to drive over the Manatee river into downtown Bradenton for work each morning. They have one of the lanes on the bridge closed to expand the bike/walking lane. It's been closed for almost 3 months now and is really messing traffic up. I have to leave about 20 minutes earlier now to still get to work by 7am. I wish they would hurry up and get the work done.
I hope everyone has a great day.
