We didn't get above freezing yesterday, it was 13 when I got up. In the morning we had an event that I don't remember seeing before: freezing fog (that's what the weather folks called it). It was a very heavy fog, couldn't see even 1/4 mile and it attached to the trees, kind of like ice. It was really beautiful when the sun came up, it was like the trees had an internal light.
We're looking forward to moving to the warm parts of the country for the winter. Can't wait for Christmas.
