Good morning everyone. It's 35 degrees and still raining. Sue and I slept late this morning, didn't really want to get up. Suzie and Dixie didn't mind as they also slept late, Now we are up and getting ready to face the day.
The drug I took so I could sleep without getting up several times during the night to go to the bathroom seem to work. I had a good night's rest. My blood pressure was the best it's been in a long time, 118 over70 and the heart rate was 65. Sue I is still having vertigo when she gets up quickly and her hands still hurt.
This morning I dreamed about Hobo and Mama, gosh I miss them. Mama was really a heart dog as she really looked after me. Every morning she would come to me while I was still in bed, put her nose on my hand. I would wake up and look at that smile she would have as she would let me know it was time to get up. She was such a sweet girl and so dedicated to Sue and I. I was amazed how quickly she bonded to me when we first got her. It seemed like it was overnight. She knew the moment she came to live with us she as home. She and Hobo never spent another night outside, nor were they outside to live in the cold and the heat in the winter and summer. We have had some wonderful pets pass through our lives and I am so grateful for all of them.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed ay. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them. I hope those living in the frozen North get some relief from the cold soon.
