Richard I know what you are talking about barking and not knowing what they are barking about.
Our son has 2 dogs 1 medium size dog and a 1 Dachshund. The Dachshund can't see what is going on and as soon as the other dog starts to bark the Daschund starts barking like crazy. Even if the bigger dog runs to the window to see what is going on the Dachshund starts barking and will not shut up.
