Sorry to hear about Otis. My father passed away at 49 from cancer while I was still in college. I just turned 48 so I am hoping the cancer bug will pass by a few generations.
My neighbor is leaving for Franklin, NC in a few days and will stay there all summer. They have a house in the mountains. After we leave Sevierville in October, we plan to stop by Franklin to see him and his wife. I went over to see him after work yesterday and I always take Monty with me. His favorite place in the whole world is laying under the oak tree. There are many squirrels in the tree which provides him with entertainment. I took a couple of pictures of him enjoying life.
