Good morning everyone. Burch I am glad Murphy is doing good and I hope you enjoy your weekend. It was raining this morning when we got up, a welcomes sight as we needed it. Sue got up at 3am to take her friend Mary to the airport for her flight back to Grand Rapids. she seemed to enjoy her stay as she and Sue talked for hours catching up on years worth of happenings. Mary and Sue went to school together and Sue is Mary's daughter God Mother. I am glad they had this time together.
Suzie had to be watched as she would surprise Mary at times with a bark or a look of what are you doing in my house? Mary learned to accept Suzie's stares and pranks but she was always looking for the unexpected from her.
We went to Brevard North Carolina yesterday so Mary could get a look at some of the mountains we have here. It is a beautiful drive and at the end of the trip there are some very nice places to have lunch. HWY 276 is not one to pull a heavy fifth wheel on. There is a State Park at Caesar's Head but it's for those with a strong heart and a dare devil attitude. It's mostly for popups, tents and small campers. The overlook is beautiful in the fall and spring when the mountains are full of color.
The fur gang is well this morning, waiting on the rain to stop so they can go for a walk. It's 55 degrees right now so it's not cold. I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
