We spent the weekend in the Immokalee Hard Rock hotel. We saw a show with Paula Dean on Saturday night and then had a meet and greet with her on Sunday morning. The line was long but it moved pretty quick. We also received a free air fryer and an autographed Paula Dean cook book. My wife absolutely loves Paula Dean and was like a little kid when she met her. She actually ran into Paula in the Casino late Saturday night and got to talk to her a bit. It was a fun weekend but I am really tired today. Getting to old to stay up that late. I am usually in bed by 9:30-10pm every night as we get up at 5am for work.
