Wait a time since you said there was a delay in the leak showing up, repeat in different area until shows up.
I was wondering the same thing. Our last 5er had an issue on the dinnette slide as well. 2 Windows seamed to leak on that slide. One window actually was leaking but the other was coming from the roof. They never caulked the tape on the inside of the facia plate. So when it rained depending what direction the rain was coming the water would run down the slide wall and appear to come from window. Once that was caulked no issue.
