Good morning everyone. It's 59 degrees here in the Deep South. No rain in sight so we are now in an official drought. Yesterday Dr. Myer gave the go ahead to remove the cataract, now I wait for the call from their surgery staff to schedule the surgery. I told Dr, Myer that we had a trip planed for October 14th and nothing was going to interrupt that trip, so we'll see what they come up with.
Yesterday Doc Howard and Tim Owens from our church came over and stacked the firewood for us. What great guys and what a great church we have. During this whole ordeal this summer our church has taken care of us making sure we were comfortable and needed nothing. This eased the burden of our family and allowed them to keep they daily routines.
Now that we have firewood and it's stacked, we wait for the first fold days of Fall. I love the Fall with the leaves in full color, the crisp mornings and the first frost. Thanksgiving isn't that far away now and then comes Christmas. I thank God that He has allowed me another year to enjoy this time of year. This is the time for family gatherings, meals around the table with friends and show your love for each other.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Bes sure to give the fur babies a ug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
