Hope everyone made it to Sevierville safely.
We had our first frost last night. There is still some ice on the roofs here at 8:00 am.
There isn't much change in Pickles. I have talked to 3 different Vetenarian clinics that are close by us. Non of them are willing to do the surgery on Pickles. The last Doctor I talked to is a specialist. He said if Pickles was a lab he would not hesitate, but because she is a small Pomeranian if it was his dog he would stick with Metropolitan Clinic that did the diagnosis. He said the 2 Doctors there are the best specialist and they handle all the hard cases. He also explained to me that if surgery is not done it could effect the Achilles' tendon if it has not already. He also said it after it is repaired it may happen again. He told me that he repaired 3 in labadores and 1 reinjured it in a years time.
She is eating good now and drinking water. But you have to take it to her. I can tell it still hurts her as she tries to move around. So she really does not unless she gets excited so we try and keep her as calm as can be. She still is not doing her business as she should but is urinatining once a day. She did poop yesterday this was the first time since Thursday.
