I went home at lunch and tried to get Murphy to do her business but no luck. I walked her down the street and back and still no luck. She was happy to see me and enjoyed her walk.
My mom has offered to watch her while we are gone. Murphy loves my mom and I know mom will take good care of her. I just hate to burden my mom with Murphy. My mom fell about a year ago and cracked a couple of vertebrae in her back. She is in a lot of discomfort some days. Murphy usually just sleeps all day but she can also be a handful. She is, after all, a Jack Russell and they have minds of their own.
I will make a decision tomorrow morning on what to do about Murphy. I just want her to feel better. She is old and I know her days are numbered but most days she acts like she is 2 years ago. I guess as we get older the bad days start catching up to the good days.
