Murphy got dropped off early this morning to my mom's house. Murphy is doing much better and seemed her ole self this morning. She was very happy to see my mom. I think Murphy likes my mom better than Donna and I. I was a little worried about my mom watching her as my mom has been in discomfort with her back but mom was adamant that she wanted to watch Murf. My mom lets Murphy sleep in her bed along with my mom's beagle. Lilly Padd the beagle is a big beagle. She is 39 pounds! She is a sweetheart but is 12 years old and starting to have issues with her back hips. Mom said if she can pick up a 39 pound beagle with her back problems that she will have no trouble picking up a 17 pound Jack Russell.
I am not sure what time I will be able to leave work today. I was hoping to get out of here by 1pm and be on the road by 1:30 or so but I will have to see how the day goes. I am a little concerned with this storm coming from the Gulf. Our motorhome is 13 feet tall and 37 feet long and it is not fun driving in gusty winds. I plan on driving to Tifton, GA tonight and then leaving early tomorrow morning to head to Sevierville. Hopefully I can outrun the storm as is crosses into Georgia tomorrow morning.
Donna was playing pharmacist last night getting all of Murf's meds and things together for her stay with mom.
