Where in the Keys are you going? We are staying in Key Largo which is the first key. Makes the drive much shorter. Key West is another two hour drive from where we stay. I never could find anyplace on Key West that would allow 3 dogs (they all had a two dog limit). The place we stay in Key Largo will allow a 3rd dog (if you call them and get it approved). The RV resort is right on the water and only has 30 sites. Many places to eat within walking distance.

I just looked it up and it's in November, not September. It's at Jolly Roger on Marathon Key. I think it's just before the 7-mile bridge. I have a scooter and an ebike and when I called the resort, they said there would be good riding with either one. Not all the way into Key West. I don't tow, but there are several women who do, so usually when I camp with them, they offer to take others, so I'm good. Even if I don't go into Key West it will be okay. I've not been for several years and Terry and I went then. So this is the first solo trip down there for me. I think the resort is close to Marathon proper, but even if all I do is sit and watch the ocean, I will be in heaven!

Dale we stayed at jolly Roger’s back in 2014. Big place and nice. You are right it is just before 7 mile bridge. It usually took us around 1/2 hour to get to key west from there. You will enjoy.

Here is the problem with Jolly Roger's. Right from their website.
- A MAXIMUM of 2 pets per RV Site. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I have 3 dogs and most of the RV parks in the keys don't make exceptions. The one place that does, is Keys Palms in Key Largo. We stayed there last year and during your stay, if you want the same dates next year, they will hold the site for you until you check out. This might be a yearly trip as we really like it down there. I do wish we could find someplace closer to Key West as Key West would be a fun day trip. It's a two hour drive from Key Largo so I'm not going to waste a 4 hour round trip to get there, although the drive is pretty.
