as stated, AZ side is more scenic, but slower going due to traffic, and going up to Bullhead City is even more congested, but interesting to go through Laughlin. There's a pretty nice campground on the AZ side, just past the bridge.
Or you can park free in a parking lot directly across from the Riverside Casino and there's a little shuttle boat that runs constantly all day and most the night.
