Detour remains #Hwy5 to #Hwy46 or #Hwy166. @PacSurfliners train is other option.12:52 PM - 15 Jan 2018 from Santa Barbara, CA----Rincon and Carpenteria beaches (and others in the area) have been closed by the Santa Barbara Dept. of Public Health.

So terrible -- that lovely area just devastated.

Trying to find a silver lining. How about this -- with 101 closed and Highway 1 closed in Big Sur, the area between the closures should have plenty of vacancies in the campgrounds.

Not funny.
