I've lived in the Greater Cincinnati area all my life. We have 3 major expressways going thru Cincinnati. I71, I75 and I74. Rush hour is slow, but in less busy times you still have to deal with semis. They go through because its shorter. Just pick I71 or I75 and pray that there are no wrecks. Even I-275 has its share. And everybody slows down to look. If you do decide to take I-275 around, use I-275E. Its shorter.
