If your going from Vancouver to Victoria take the Tsawwassen to Sannich its the shortest and the
fastest. We live on Vancouver island and I travel south all the time. After checking all the ferries I hate to say it but BC ferries seems to be the cheapest at this time. Sorry the least expensive :)
