Alamagordo Hyw 54
How is hwy 54 up to Alamagordo from I 10?.. Is it doable with a 5th wheel? Any major passes? Any concerns? Thanks eyeland

That stretch between El Paso and Alamogordo is, to my recollection, a long flat straight boring road.... very easy.
Then again, it has been 45 years since I drove it. I assume it is still well maintained.
