Fifty Point Conservation area at Grimsby is open until Nov. 30th.
They have full hookups and heated washrooms.
If you want to check on this, give them a call at 905-643-2103 (campground) or Cons. office in Hamilton 905-525-2187.

Check out Fifty Point. Not all year but open later than most I think.

Have a look at Woodalls.
It lets you check for "Open all year"

Niagara Falls Ont campgrounds.

Milton Heights Campground is open all year in Milton Ontario, right on the 401. Would be an easy 1 hour drive or less to Falls if that is not too far out.

I don't think you will find any open after Oct. 31st. I know the KOA at one time was open later but it looks like they closed a few days ago.
