Amite, LA to Philadelphia, MS
We are headed to the Pearl River Resort in Philadelphia, MS. We normally travel I-55 N and exit at Hwy 25 in Jackson, MS to Hwy 16.
I was thinking about a different route, I have always noticed Hwy 471 that links I-20 to Hwy 25. This route would allow us to stay on I-20 to Brandon and exit there instead of trying to merge all the way to the left on I-20/55 to get on I-55 North, which could be difficult in heavy traffic.
Just wondering if anyone takes this road and if it is any better or same as Hwy 25 off of I-55.
