we saw the lotto report on the news today- that should be easy money for the state.
The tollways are in good shape. Just be sure to go around Chicago. I-39 will let you avoid most tolls. My preferred route around Chicago would be to take I-355 to I-90. Tolls are double for those without an IPass/EZ-Pass transponder.
