No idea but I did some Googling and maybe got some leads. You may have already tried this - but maybe contacting some listed mechanics will lead you where you need to go - they may do the work or else know someone who does. Last year we visited a Ford dealer near San Jose del Tajo where they did work on Ford diesels so maybe there is a GM/Chevy around somewhere too. Isuzu makes the Dmax for GM so maybe they will know something too? - - - Googling took me to places that custom made hydraulic hoses and airlines a couple years ago. - - - I think places exist but finding them is the trick.
