I probably do not have answers specifically but a few comments. If you have the pickup in a trailer you have 3 vehicles I think - you are only allowed two - in one name - maybe another name OK for the third but I do not know. My wife drives our 40'with a toad on cuotas and big roads - also on Interstates in the US - but not comfortable with tight spaces - it can be done. There is a website where you can find the tolls . . .

by that reckoning you have a 3 axle bus - with a trailer - or towed automobile - not sure. We tow a car and are charged as a bus with a car behind - two tolls with two tickets. I would not count on seeing any ULSD anywhere in Mexico in the foreseeable future - some say it can be found in Baja and some other areas but others say no. It can be found but I would not count on it.
