Does anyone know which pharmacies are most reputable to stop and get meds? At border cities/towns or elsewhere? Is it true that pharmaceuticals are much cheaper in MX?

The Border Cities. Such as Mexicali and Algodones have many Pharmacies offering inexpensive Meds. The further South You go the higher the prices for the same Meds. Even in larger Cities where there is much more competition the prices are higher than at those Border Towns.
