Transcabo offers service for a collective taxi starting at $16. It lists hotels to choose from as your destination.
If you are flying national on Interjet, they offer a discounted service to customers with a plane ticket. This link shows both private and collective or shared taxis by zone. Contacting Interjet, if you fly them, they will tell you in English the prices.
Cabo Gringo Pages, lists a taxi and I assume the company is used by foreigners and they speak English. They can give you a guesstimate.
