This is a fact of life in México...
Publicly Petroleos Mexicanos states
"Until all gasolineras in MEXICO have access to UBA diesel, NO ANNOUNCEMENTS, no banners or signage will be permitted to be erected or made public showing which gasolineras have UBA diesel."
What I do have for some doubters is a suggestion. Take a SAMPLE of Mexican diesel and compare it to a sample of UBA diesel. The Mexican fuel will be DECIDEDLY more yellow. The UBA is almost transparent. I've done this many times and it is infallible. USA ULSD is also almost transparent.
Do you trust your own eyesight? Maybe not, huh?
