Once again - WHERE? You say Publicly so this info must be somewhere. Where? How do forum readers find it?
Having been a trucker from the late 70s to the late 80s and having driven diesel fuel vehicles for many years I cannot see the difference in the color of the fuel. Sorry. I must have bad eyesight. I saw plenty of almost clear diesel even in the 80s. I simply do not believe anyone can see the difference between 500 parts per million and 15 parts per million - like seeing a needle in a haystack.
I have been traveling in Mexico on and off since 1971 and have been in all but 3 states so chances are I will be within 500 miles of one of the Pemex stations in question. We spend up to 6 months a year driving around Mexico.
Forum posts are for all readers of the forum and for anyone who wants information about Mexico. I post for everyone and ask my questions with everyone in mind - I do not post just for me.
