You presented words as an exact quote you attributed to public information from Pemex. If it is an exact quote you must have gotten it somewhere. I asked that you provide your source - as I would present if I quote anything or anyone. That is what a quote is. If it is not an exact quote then do not present it as an exact quote. If you paraphrase something someone told you in person or on the phone then it is probably not an exact quote and should not be presented as one. It then becomes your quote and not someone else's.
Does anyone else out there on the forum think it is possible to see the difference between 500 parts per million and 15 parts per million of sulfur in diesel fuel?
I do not know anything about what fuel is available where in Mexico and I really do not care. You presented a quote and I ask for the source of your quote. A quote is the exact words of wherever the quote came from. If it was in a newspaper than chances are the newspaper was online - is online - and whoever wrote the article provided a source of the quote. As you say - you are not my newspaper boy - I am just asking you to provide a source for a quote whenever you make a quote. I think that is sort of a rule when anyone publishes a quote. A footnote - a bibliography. If it is not an exact quote with a verifiable source then do not present it as such.
I did not ever say I doubt you. You can say whatever you want. I just asked for your source so others can find the full story the information came from. This should not be a difficult thing to provide.
