We were at the Ponderosa Pines Campground (the commercial campground next to Hopewell Rocks) for a couple of days to see the rocks last week. Other than the smallest toilet stalls I've ever seen, the park is OK, and the rocks are great: Our day at Hopewell Rocks. We saw a Peregrine falcon & chick nesting at Big Cove (one of the overlooks at Hopewell Rocks) the day before the one I linked to. You need a long lens or good binoculars to see it, but worth looking. Some photos at 2013 Trip, Day 10.
