Citibank owns Banamex (Banco Nacional de Mexico), any credit card will be honored at any bank it just depends on what fee you will be charged for the transaction, as stated check with your bank or credit union, we have Citibank debit card and get the 30 peso fee returned within 72 hours, always use bank ATM, in daylight never at night at the bank.
