Best Route - Charleston WV to Indy
Will be making this trip next month in passenger auto. Is US 35 good now or is there a better route?

Just did it this fall and took US 35 thru OH, good route. There is some construction on I-75 where it meets US 35 in Dayton. You might check that out, if I recall we took I-675 from 70 down to US 35.
