Best Route Cape May NJ to CT-(no GW bridge!! please!)

What is the best route home from sea isle/cape may nj to eastern ct? Trying to avoid the GW Bridge and 95 in general. Garden state to??? Wondering about tolls, tunnels, construction etc... Help!
