Best route for 27' Class C from Fresno to Yosemite Valley

I am in Bakersfield now, planning to head to Yosemite Valley tomorrow morning via Fresno. Can I take the shortest looking route (Rte 41) from Fresno to Yosemite Valley, or will that be a problem for ...

No reason not to take 41. I drove it in a 22ft TT + 22ft Truck last year - easy as pie. 41 is a good road all the way into the valley.

FYI - it is curvy mountain grades the whole way.

When you get to Yosemite Valley - be sure to watch which lane you are in. If you end up in the wrong lane - you will end up taking the grand tour around the valley.
