Ditto Willits to Ft Bragg., Do it with 40 footer and toad. Just pull down to 2nd gear and you can stay off the brakes most of the time. Slow down and enjoy the view. If traffic backs up just take your time and pull over when you find a good turnout. Stop half way and stretch your legs. Fresh air and enjoying the journey versus just the destination.
If you need a good rv park to rest before going to Ft bragg there is a really neat KOA in Willits. Petting zoo, water fun for the kids, shade, and great people. There are hiking trails and a fishing lake too.
