Best route from Cheyenne WY to Coulter Bay (Grand Teton) WY

I've been on all three of those routes. Going up to Caspar would get you off the interstate. I'm partial to 191 because of the section that runs along the river before you reach the Jackson area. None of the routes are a problem.
