If you don't mind grades and curves you can head east on 120 down to 395, then over 168 to 266 to 95 and down through Las Vegas. Out of Vegas take 515 to 93 and down to I-40 towards Williams, AZ.
Other option is to head west on 41 to Hwy 99 down to Hwy 58 and then east to I-40. It's a longer route and more traffic and less scenic.
I would head east on the 120 route.
