Best Route Salt Lake City, UT to Grants Pass, OR
Will be traveling in 40ft motorhome with toad. Retired and in no rush just want to enjoy route scenery without nail biting travel. Thanks

The recommended meander is on NV/OR 140, right? I haven't driven that across the border, but from what I seen on maps and other discussions there are 2 mild concerns:
- gas may be scarce, since there aren't towns of size between I80 and US395.
- there is grade down a rim near the border. West bound you will be going down, and on the inside lane.
