Indiana has put off road building for years to make the state look financially healthier. I moved there in 2007 (sold my house last summer) and just recently moved to Arizona. I am here again (after just about getting bounced off of I70) sitting in my trailer on my RV lot. It is up for sale and after this summer not coming back again. The roads (including state highways) have gone downhill every year since 2007.
