Best way south around Baltimore tunnel
We're heading south from PA to Williamsburg, VA next week and wanted to see how people get around Baltimore with a trailer. What I've read is the tunnel is off-limits while carrying propane on-board....

does google maps include the 45 minutes-1 1/2 hour delay because of traffic tie ups? I-95 south of DC to fredericksburg is a nightmare.
