Between Los Mochis and Ixtapa - Which place you prefer

I would like to know your prefered winter stay between Los Mochis and Ixtapa, close to or on a beach. I was thinking about Puerto Valarta area but there might be many other places to consider. I did l...

Ixtapa has a nice RV park, large, sometimes with people, sometimes empty. It's in a beautiful location.
In Zihuatanejo last winter, there was always at least one space at El Manglar. We are across the street at Costa Bella, where there are now 3, not 4 spaces. The place up the hill, has lots of spaces, and two nice pools. It's maybe 400 yards from the water.
Take your big rig-there are no problems.
