Thanks so much for that! We have been wintering in Mexico since the early 1980's and feel strongly that bribing is just wrong. We had to do it once, forced, did it. Like you in Central America, once we hired a facilitator, and it was money well spent. Future Central America visits we knew how to do things.

Don't encourage corruption, in any country at any time!!! It's just wrong.
