BEWARE Keystone Hideout

I purchased a brand new Keystone Hideout in 2012. We used it about once per year on short trips to lakes around our city. This summer I de-winterized it and filled the fresh water tank to get ready for our annual summer vacation. We drove to our destination and discovered we had 1/3 of a tank of fresh water. I investigated and found water dripping from the underbelly of the trailer. I took it to our repair center and they disassembled the underbelly and removed the rear axle in order to remove the tank. They found that the tank was improperly installed. The tank was mounted on top of sharp screw heads on the support frame. Our repair shop sent photos of the damage and the screw heads to Keystone as proof of the improper tank installation. We requested some assistance with the repair. Keystone responded that I was responsible for the repair costs.
If I had known that the tank was installed in such a manner that a puncture was imminent, I would not have considered purchasing a Keystone unit.
I wonder how many more are out there with this defect?
I am now dealing with my insurance company and handed them all of the photos and email string.
